This allows the color or lightener to process more effectively and ensures a flawless result. If you have previously applied any at-home color, please share that information before your visit — full transparency allows me to treat your hair with care and precision. Color transformations take time, so feel free to bring a light snack or meal to stay comfortable throughout your visit. I also offer complimentary refreshments such as organic tea, snacks, and filtered water to enhance your relaxation experience. Please note that cancellations or reschedules within one week of your appointment will incur a $50 fee. This fee reflects the time reserved specifically for you and the difficulty of filling last-minute openings. This amount is not applied toward your service total. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your final total on the day of service. Deposits can be made through online booking or Zelle. If your appointment is rescheduled within two weeks of your original date, a new $50 deposit will be required to secure your new time. Punctuality ensures that every guest receives their full, unhurried experience. Guests arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule, depending on the service booked. If time allows for the service to continue, a $20 late fee will be added to the final total to accommodate the scheduling adjustment. Your cooperation allows me to maintain a calm, luxury environment and deliver the attentive care your hair and scalp deserve.
